I think an intact prepuce would both conceal the corona and produce a more pointed tip, so I vote for circumcised. But more strongly I believe the artist meant this to be ambiguous.

It sort of does and sometimes will. (Your first sentance.) So it generally has a more "tapered" look. However, even in intact boys, you can see the outline of the corona under the foreskin so... I think it is just easier to draw penises "straight" than the "details" of being circumcised. However, I still vote this "smilie" to be intact.

Those who were involuntarily circumcized as babies, including for pseudo-religious reasons, should sue the doctors concerned, and their parents if it was done with their knowledge or consent, and any ministers of religion involved, to their last nickels. BTW it is now illegal to do it involuntarily in Canada to babies, as the result of the David Reimer case in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

It is not illegal to circumcise a baby in Canada. You just have to pay for it, as it is not paid for by the health plans. Female circumcision is illegal, but male is not.

The doctors still routinely do it and give all sorts of reasons for doing it. It as one person said is a cure looking for a disease. They are now touting it as a preventative for HIV

and the US NIH and religious right are gearing up to circumcise Africa. The actual amount of protection if any is very small. ie if you fuck 3 HIV infected persons a day for a year it might delay your infection by an average of 1 person.

I was only partly circumcised in that the foreskin still covers about half of the glans. For a time I thought this was how I'd been born until I enquired of my urologist and he said that, in some other countries (I was born in South Africa) and some hospitals, it was the custom to only remove as much skin as was felt necessary to allow urine to flow and not leave residue on the penis. It's a very convenient arrangement for me in that I avoid the peeled eel look and still have easy access to my glans. The skin isn't too tight, the "look" is good...If you're considering having the procedure you might ask that they do this proportional removal. If it's not what you want, you can have the rest removed.

I was circumcised at age 30,and I definitly would not want to be like the way I was when I was born again.Many people call themselves experts on this,but the only expert is a person who was circed as an adult after being married for some time.I was married for 8 years.Most people who complain were circed as a baby or not circed at all,so they do not know the difference.Another expert is a woman who has had the same man both ways.Anyone else does not know what whey are talking about.

My wife says it depends on what you are planning to do with it.To play with, maybe having a skin is better,but to do it, circed is definitly better.

I have a euro cut so it is not a tight cut I have extra skin, I wonder what it must be like to be cut very tightly, guess it is sometihng that is not done so often now.
