August 16, 2005, 11:08:58 A jilted Thai woman flew into a rage and chopped off her husband's manhood after he begged her for sex one last time.

Saithong Wantha exploded after husband Udom Phorit asked her to make love one more time before he left her for his new woman.

Wantha grabbed a nearby knife and proceeded to hack off her husband's penis.

After cutting through the organ the woman tossed it behind the fence in her front yard.

However, after realising what she had done Wantha pleaded with neighbours to take her wounded husband to hospital while she turned herself in to police.

After confessing to her brutal crime, the spurned wife told police she cut off Udom's penis in a fit of rage because he was leaving her.

She confessed she hoped he would stop philandering and stay with her if he could no longer function sexually.

She said: "I love him and I don't want him to leave."

Luckily for Udom, his severed penis was eventually found and reattached - although surgeons have warned him there is only a 50-50 chance he will be able to get an erection again.
