Today day 21/08/05 I made a etilico shot of 4 ml of alcool 40% in left testiculo. A very strong pain, now it this swelled with 50% greater, I wait that it dies. Some Boy shot of alcool in testiculo?

Go to the emergency room right now. Call an ambulance and a friend. Get medical help right now!!!!

MEDICAL HELP NOW!! Go to a hospital, clinic or doctor's office as fast as you can get there. The possible complications are frightening and serious. If you can not transport yourself have someone take you. --FLO--

I at least hope you used drinking alcohol. Any other types (wood alcohol, rubbing alcohol, propanol, etc.) can cause serious problems including blindness.
If you won't go to a hospital, can you at least get a friend to monitor you?
