Best method?

I am looking for some advice on the best method for being castrated if you are going to be unable to get your doctor to agree to it. In the UK we do not have the same openings as you appear to have in the USA. For reasons that I can not explain to my doctor I need to reduce my libido and need to find a way of doing this sooner rather than later. Any suggestions would be gratefully recieved.

I would try doctors that work with transexuals. Doctors that do sex change may be more likely to do a castration. I did find two in the states that way.

Hi thanks for the advice. I am not sure how different the medical system in the States is compared to the UK but the advice that I've received is that I would need to go for pschological tests ect, which would mean I would have to explain why I need to control my libido. I know that I would have to answer questions that I would find most uncomfortable as I would be displaying the self that I am trying to destroy. It is because I do not wish to go down a road that could destroy my life that I need to take this course of action. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
