It sounds like pms cramping you're describing. Do you have periods? I sometimes can feel when I ovulate, but not always and most people do not. There are other signs of ovulation too, like happier mood and lots of clear, slippery mucous. And ovulation is more of a sharp, shorter-lived pain on one side. PMS is lower near the pubic bone and more or less constant. (Though it ebbs and flows.) (Don't all the guys here love this discussion? )

No I don't I feel that sharp pain on any particular side. Pretty sure I don't anyway. The cramps make me feel like I have to crap all my intestines out of the base of my penis. Kinda like someone is rubbing a paint scraper along the inside of my tummy, kinda by wear the bladder is. Hurts, HELLA...

Clear slippery mucous? Would that be manifested in my urine (remember I don't have a vaginal opening) The only thing I have noticed is that, not to be gross, is that my penis drips sometimes, and it is clear and oily almost. The urine is not a thick viscous kinda oily (ie. not like veggie oil), it is still watery, but has a kinda slippery texture. Kinda like if you could get a cup full of Pam veggie spray. I dunno. It's probably something else.

I really do not know to be honest. I don't have bleeding obviously... well not from that anyway. (I do have bleeding of sorts but I highly doubt it is related, because it only comes like maybe 2 separate days a month, and not in coordination with the cramps) I don't know what is up with that.

All "my period" really amounts to is 5 strait days of cramping pain, and frumpiness, and pill popping... and chocolate ^_^

Hmm. That's where I feel cramps- way down in the lower pelvis- near the public bone. The uterus is so close to the bladder that you can get sympathetic pain there. One will get the other irritated, if that makes sense.

It might. In fact, I saw a page about variations on intersexed makeups, and one variety actually WAS that you could bleed out your penis as the uterus had a cervix that was above it, as was the bladder. Clear slippery mucous is from the cervix or the vagina. The cervix makes various types of mucous throughout the cycle: after the period, then it is white and creamy and the closer you get to ovulation the more clear and slippery it gets. (Due to increased estrogen.) It can be like a lot of wet clear leaking, or it can be thicker like raw eggwhite and very slippery. If it just happens not related to being sexually excited then it is probably cervical. If it happens in relation to being excited, then it could be the clear "pre-cum" stuff men get from the prostate when they are excited. In your case, I'm sure its not abnormal in terms of something wrong, I'm just not quite sure what it is over the internet. Does it have an odor?

You could bleed from your penis, as I said above. Maybe you have a uterus but not enough hormones to get you to have a period. Or who knows. The combinations and possibilities are many. Sometimes people don't have periods because their hormones are out of whack- too much or too little. You can just "spot". Or you might have only a light period instead of what is more typical. Just depends on a lot of factors.

Five days though sounds about right- coincidence or not. Have you ever been to an edocrinologist? Or even just had an ultrasound done to find out what parts you havfe or done? Hormone levels, etc? Hmm.... But you said you can't afford medical treatment. Forgot. Shoot! Even having blood drawn a few times could tell you what your hormones are doing or not in relation to time and each other.

Well, I doubt my bleeding is related to my cramps. I think it may be kidney/bladder related somehow. Here is basically what happens:

Once or twice a month my penis feel clogged, and it hurts to pee REALLY BAD! So bad, I am sometimes doubled over in pain (especially if I am not able to pee right away, and have to hold it.) The pain becomes EXCRUCIATING!!! I can't even walk when this happens. I kinda waddle. Eventually I start peeing blood for a day or two. Finally, the "clogging" rips free, and a piece of flesh comes out. Sometimes I get as many as 5 pieces of flesh. They look kinda jagged, but they're mushy. I can squish it between my fingers... almost like snot. Which is OBVIOUSLY really gross. But then after The fleshy crap is out, I am fine for a while after that.

But, like I said, it isn't in conjunction with the cramps, so I doubt it is related. Plus it makes peeing painfull. Because it is in my penis, it was always my hopes that SRS would fix the problem. I don't know. Any thoughts?

I never had pre-cum/cum as a male. This stuff is like oily water and it drips like that all day (in fact I use pads because of it). It also has a GAGGING odor... makes me want to shower on the spot. Kinda like fish piss... I know that sounds REALLY wierd, but that's what it reminds me of, lol. Gross huh? Also pretty damn embarrasing, and I am always trying to hide it

In the Army I had bloodwork taken. They said my testosterone/estrogen levels were quite abnormal, but that everything appeared normal and not to worry about it. I don't know where they were in relation to a male/female's standards, but if they weren't bad enough for military rejection... who knows. I have been on horomones for a lil over a year now heavily, so my bloodwork I had done 4 months ago reflects that. High estrogen, almost 0 testosterone. But again... my medication is a reflection of that. I'm not sure...

Thanks for talkin to me about this. It really leads me to believe I am intersexed. I feel stupid asking another girl what her period is like in detail. I pass 100% so I should already know... but I dont want to tell them I am TS. I appreciate your help! It has put alot of things in context... ~hug~

I think that your first step should be to see a urologist then maybe a GYN.

Hey,

From an intersexed person, If you have any discharge from your penis,ie. blood,whitish or clear goo, not pre-cum, this isnt normal. please go have it checked. While your there you can voice your concerns with the doctor, He will be able to tell from an examination whether you've had any genital surgeries. And have him test your chromosomes.
