Reversing chemical castration

I took Depo-Provera to reduce my libido. I experienced some shrinkage and, although I can still get erections, they do not seem as erect as before and are difficult to maintain or ejaculate prematurely (prematurity was already a problem so is unrelated to the taking of Depo-Provera, except insofar as I thought it would not be an issue if I was celibate). Now I unexpectedly find myself in a relationship. I have not been taking Depo-Provera for a few months now and was taking less than 1cc per month when I was. Is it still having an effect? Is it an effect that will wear off? Is there a way of reversing it?

Not sure about depo effects, but body builders, and others on testosterone use hcG to restart there own production of testosterone.
