4 minutes is about the standard for brain damage.

All puns aside...the genitals are a bit more resistant to tissue damage from oxygen starvation than the brain is.

the correct answer is.......

It depends on the person who is banded. it may take only a few minutes for someone with poor circulation to their testicles or it may take a day for someone who has exceptional circulation.

Now that I've answered the question I have some advice DON'T DO IT not unless you like severe pain and if you do kill them having dead flesh hanging from your body just hoping it can send toxins into it (can you say sepsis)...

ty phlip, i hav read on a few medical sites from goole they sey 6 to 12 hours depend on person. it jus a fantasy for me, and i am female ty!

i thank it would depend on the tipe bander one was use mor than the person, some shut blood off almost at onec, others that use litle grean band r no more than toy!!!!!
