230 is NOT a good level of Male Testosterone. However what you say is exactly right because what was defined as "normal" has jumped around. A study done about the average level of testosterone vrs age puts a man with 230 in the post 100 Year old level.

Anything under 319 (per the 2002 guidelines) is time for treatment of the patient complains of symptoms. And speaking from my experience I was getting hit over the head at that level by my wife. She said, "Mr T you are tired all the time, in a foul mood and have zero interest in having sex with Mrs T. I pity you!"

;-)

If your MD is not in tune with the 2002 guidelines either get a new doctor or give your current one a copy fast!

I understand that Viagra does NOT work in that situation.

What about Caverject http://www.caverject.com/ which is injected into penis and work very quickly.

I have used it before Viagra came out, but now I am taking Depo Provera and my T level seems to be droping like a rock.

You are rapidly aproching the level where you will not care if you can acheive errection. Sex simply is not a issue. At first I was really uptight about loosing the ability to have sex. But my doctor told me it will not be a issue and I should have believed him. It would have saved me a lot of stress. As a matter of fact there is a type of freedom of being able to be in the company of a naked woman and not be driven by desire.

Serious Question:

My testosterone level was about 200 naturally, when I was in the Army. Now I am at a level of 3! 50mg of Spiro takes care of it... but i find my sex drive to be insatiable. I'm horny 500,000x's more now, than ever before. Would

That was never a problem for me. But the company of naked men (in the Army especially) I showered with my eyes shut. Too much eye candy to behold 😄 😄 😄

I think estrogen plays a large role in one's libido. Being castrated myself and taking Spiro, I still have a good sex drive and I'm sure my testosterone levels are way below that of a natal female. True, it's nothing like the testosterone sex drive, but a good one just the same. ;)

I'm having a really hard time visualizing you as a man in the Army. Anyhow.... From what I've read your hormones are now biased as they are in the female zone. Women have 1/10th the testosterone level of a man but they still get plenty horny. Men have 1/10th the estrogen of a female also (If I remember) its the balance of the two that keeps you going. When you complete your transition you will want to have a regular hormonal screening to insure your female hormone balance stays in range. Progesterone, Tesosterone and Estrogen all in the right levels will make you a happy (and cute) female.

;-) Your Doctor should adjust your Hormones as mine does to keep me in the male zone.

As to being 50,000 times more horny then when you were at the 200 level as a man? At the 300 level I was so uninterested in sex it was sad.
