The information I've heard is that if you actively take female hormones you can grow breasts up to sizes common in your female family (mom/sister/aunt). Not sure about how far they will grow if just castrated without female hormones.

Most people say it's actually 1-2 cup sizes less than your family members, depending on the age you start female hormones. But I would be interested in knowing whether younger people close to my age have achieved the same size.

Well Christina, thank you for the formula I'm a 46-C and I think they are still growing and I do love them, being gay I never wanted to go near a breast, now I have my own and I like to squeeze and jiggle them.
