I've had the same question, although I think what they are refering to are intact genetic females. I don't think you'll have anything to worry about, except maybe the flaking again.
Proscar is another drug that women who are pregnant, or want to become pregnant, should never come in contact with. Not even a tiny speck of the drug. It can affect the unborn fetus and cause severe birth defects.
