Author index on enhanced story submission page
I have just discovered that the author index on the enhanced story submission page is out of date and missing some stories. If you want to see all the stories by an author, use the author index from the story index page.

Re: Author index on enhanced story submission page
Hell that is small potatoes. Over the years from 1997 to about a year ago, I posted about 100 stories. Most under the name of Sexecuter.
As well ss some under other pen names. Almost all of them are listed as author Unknown. I contacted the UA people who are supposed to take care of such mess ups several times. No Change, no response.
O well I mostly put them there for the readers, not any hope of limited "fame"

That is odd. I have posted six stories, using the enhanced story submission page, and all of them are listed under my name, curious_guy. Did you use the enhanced story submission page or the regular story submission page?

I have submitted over 40 stories, mostly [q

a few on the regular story submission page and every one of them is listed in the index. Admittedly, all of them were submitted this year and most of them this Spring. Perhaps the record-keeping has improved recently.

Re: Author index on enhanced story submission page
It's pretty much like this -
The Archive is HUGE. Unbelievably large.
The stories are only a fraction of it, but also a large part.
When
Right from the start, we knew that there was no way that it was going to be able to include stories already posted. It was incompatible.
Think of it as an interstate highway - lanes going one way, lanes going another. You have to merge into the proper lane, otherwise, you get a 100-car pileup!
Stories submitted that didn't use the enhanced submission form are not going to show up on one's stats page. Moving them from unenhanced to enhanced is also pretty much impossible.
Every now and then though, for reasons unknown, an enhanced submission will go through as not enhanced and still show up to read, but not on the stats pages. Don't know why. I didn't write the script that runs it.

When
s idea was conceived, it was found that the mechanics of making it work was going to be very different from the mechanics of just accepting and archiving as had always done in the past. In fact, it was found that the two ways to submit were going to "speak a different language", so to say.

Hi Paolo,
This is Jill, we have not typed back and forth much. First let me thank you for offering to fix the mess when I first tried to Join, and then found out it did not stay on the Org.
I will tell Sal that you explain why his stories are not credited to him. I do not understand it, but he will. I know next to nothing about computers, he known much more, but will not admit it.
E
O read about B-Boy dying, That explains why I came into Saks computer room (Dining room) a while back, he had the Eunuch Archive on, and was just sitting there. Crying.
He will not admit it to anyone, but I think all the shit that went on over there back in the sixties, His losing all his friends over there, and being a Prisoner of war in a Hilton Hotel in North Vietnams capital messed up his head a little.
Have a Great day,
Jill13ny
