While performing lots of operations presumably would make one better, there have also been people reporting the Kimmel seems to be getting old/feeble-minded. Surgery requires good eyesight, good coordination, steady hand, and good memory. I don't know Kimmel at all, but just warning that as a person ages their past performance may not be predictor of future success.

Too bad only doctors who are old enough to not worry about career will take on voluntary castration. I've had other operations by very good urologist in his prime, and no infection, no scars, no unnecessary pain.

Both You and TheFraj had infections River although yeah not taking antibiotics like you should lead to it, it shouldn't have really happend in the first place. Kimmel has been known to have infection and hemmoraging issues on many ocassions I believe.

Yeah he is safer then some Cutters but I know some Cutters that could do a better job. The problem again is finding a better urologist to do it that is willing. I've seen the results of a professional urologist and you don't have this massive incision for removing the testicles that Kimmel makes. Trust me a friend of mine just got done by Kimmel on the 3rd.

Kimmel is OK but not someone I really would want working on me if I had a choice of Doctors. I agree he is a lot better then Spector who is too old and had a lot more problems.

What is needed is a Multiple doctor team that opens a clinic for the spectrum of Castration, penis cutting of all types, They should be about 35, Have a limit of 8 cuttings a day per doctor, They should be paid $1,000 per OP, that is $2,000,000 a year for each of them. The rest of the price supports the clinic.

Ah well I guess their must be a dream before there is a Reality.

Yes I did get an infection but not the first week, it was after I had seen my regular Doctor and he said it looked good and healing nice, it was a few days later that the infection hit. I do not nor can I blame Dr Kimmel any part of me getting an infection.

Yes, Bactine is the one where you used to see the commercial with the mom chasing the boy around to spray the wound. He's running because the stuff hurts like hell in an open wound. Now they have the "no sting" brand, which just takes ALL of the fun out of it.

what really hurts is the silver nitrate I swabed onto the incision.Burns like acid. I think infection is a luck of the draw.I took all my meds and still had trouble.

Second surgery now behind me now to repair kimmels oversight and healing up very nice.

In fact the abdominal surgery is by far less painfull and the recovery is quicker.Two three inch incisions,one on each side of my groin and another two inch to the scrotum to remove the remainder of the cords that attached themselves together.I now have no cords what so ever."MUCH BETTER."

But I have to say that even with the damn hot flashes "I look and feel better

than I did before becoming a eunuch.

So yes I would do it all over again.believe it or not!![twin]

Im not defending anyone here, and yes I have heard some horror stories about Spector and Kimmel. I do however, want you to all remember that I was at a very large and reputable hospital in my town and they screwed me up pretty bad too. So it can happen to anyone at anytime. that is the the risk we all take. scottie

I thought I remembered that spray stuff, damn I am glad I only had it used on me once. Hell I think I would rather been castrated than have that sprayed on me again, - thats right I am castrated.

Dr Kimmel is a qualified Doctor, he does about 20 or so castrations a week, he said to me that in his life he has done about 10,000 castrations. If I go to an account I except the results to be perfect every time. Think about it, when I had a disk removed from my neck my doctor ran every test known to man, Dr Kimmel does not have that option. When he cuts into you to look thats the first time he knows what he is dealing with. I am not trying to make excuses for Kimmel, what I am saying is where else would you go?

You make an appointment with a doctor you have never met to have him do surgery on you.

We are a strange group, thank god I found this place as I am finally home.
