I figured it would be of interest to those of you who are MTF, and also those seeking surgical castration as it shows the exposed testicles.

Underside view of the "donor material". My penis was located rather high, and a skin graft would be needed to locate the vagina correctly.

I've heard of short ones and long ones, thick ones and skinny ones, potent ones and limp ones, but I never realized there was such a thing as a "high located" one. Am I missing something obvious?

That is the same surgeon who performed surgery on me. I wonder if Anna knows that they are posted. I guess that anything on the 'net is fair game.

Dr. Suporn is one of the best, and he gives the intra-op photos to all of his patients. It looks a lot more normal when everything is healed.

Her surgery story and stay at the hospital and hotel bring back sweet memories. It is such a special time in a girl's life. :hearthrob
