Possible Hot Flash Remedy

For those afflicted with hot flashes, I guess the good news is that there may be a way to mitigate them. The bad news is, you have to eat soybeans to get the effect. No idea if there is corroboration for this article.

Thanks for posting this! I think the effects of phytoestrogens (weak estrogens) found in the soya beans are actually well documented, and some women report a reduction in most of the symptoms associated with menopause. Large consumption of soya in men are also associated with decline in testosterone and reduced fertility:

So I guess it works if you give it a try. On the other hand, hot flashes are usually only temporary, so if you don't use HRT you can just squeeze your teeth and wait it over :D

Mine lasted 10 months.
