Do the above posters mean injecting 99% or so pure ethyl alcohol into the testicles? No this is just plain old needles not injecting anything.

The only alcohol is Rubbing Alcohol (isopropyl) to ripe the skin clean before injection if you don't use some other disinfectant.

Injecting scrotum or testicle with 99% ethyl alcohol, Chem Cast, lactic acid or anything is DANGEROUS. Yes you may be successful at killing the nut but you will be in pain and will cause damage that most likely will have to be repaired. Ask Scottie about his experience with Chem Cast, I forget who it was that did try ethyl alcohol and wrote about extreme pain it caused.

The only things that should ever be injected into body are sterile fluids, and only if you know how to properly use them, or understand the risks involved with using them.

Assuming you mean you used needles but without injecting, the main risk is infection, so you need to look for indications of infection. If the scrotum itself got infected, it should be easy to tell; the difficulty would be if the testis inside got infected.

Tenderness could definitely be a sign. Any "hard" swelling where if feels like a pus build up inside. Any discharge. Any redness around puncture sites. Any heat. Any fever.

You know, going to doctors for such problems is not as embarassing as you might think -- unless perhaps you live in a small town where the doctor might not get exposed to a big cross-section of society. In the city where I live (Vancouver BC) there are many professional dominatrixes, a large S&M community, large gay community, and second largest porn industry in N.A. (including production of lots of S&M porn). So you can imagine there's a pretty steady stream of interesting emergency room stories ...

To avoid embarassment and risk of psychiatric referral, use a cover story that you visited a dominatrix. Just don't use a cover story that hinders the doctor's ability to diagnose problems (don't just say "my balls hurt").

It likely will, but if the length of time it's taking, or if there's any pain, you should go to your doc. You'll have to be candid that you've abused the organ. Use your best judgment re future activity involving the testicles. And of course, should you really want them gone, you know what to do to do so safely.
