I haven't advertized it yet. But something that has pretty much always thrown folks (ordinary and professional alike) for a loop about my nearly non-existant testosterone level throughout my years is that I'm actually rather vibrant, energetic and and have a lot of endurance and at one time I did go around with a black moustache (black hairs can go a very very long way even if they were to just grow to a length of only a centimeter). So in a certain sense I've always had more balls than most men. But then I have known a lot of women with this type of personality and I have to wonder if they have more balls too. However they are not to be questioned.

If this hasn't been mentioned already - you can get prosthetic testicles. Just like any medical prosthesis, they are intended to replace the originals. Should fill out underwear nicely.

For some of the other people in here, maybe you should think about whether shoving the whole "i wear women's undies and i'm a ball-less male" thing down people's throats, helps society to accept and develop a balanced view of eunuchism, or whether u're just going to set things back. At the very least it isn't gonna help.

If I could manage to get them removed why would I want to get prosthetic replacements? As far as what underwear to choose; if you don't need the ballroom why choose underwear with it?

If I could get everything removed I would be very content to wear women's panties and also pants and shorts which fit comfortably in the crotch. What would be the point in trying to hide it?
