All male briefs / shorts have a pouch in front for the package. With the package cut down in size, it seems like the pouch would be bulky and loose.

I have thought about womens underwear, which is sized for a smooth crotch, but the backside is the wrong shape for a male ass. For an equivalent waist size, it is too big in the rear.

Now I am wondering why men wear underpants at all. The main effect seems to be to control the bulge, so that people in our sex-phobic (USA) culture do not have to view the outline of a penis or testicles. Maybe no need for underwear after?

Hi,

check eBay, there are hundreds of women that sew custom underware. If you want a 3" gusset crotch instead of 6" you can have them made anyway you like. I've chatted to a few of the young women that sew, and they say there is nothing wrong with men wearing womens underware or having them made to a custom fit. When you sign on to eBay, go to the search and type in sissy panties for men, I was supprised to see how many selections there were.

Have you tried "boyshort" cuts? Women's underwear come in various "cuts". :)

They fit great around the back as well as the front of guys.

Go to: http://www2.victoriassecret.com click on panties and then Body by Victoria collection. Both the low-rise hipster, bikini and low rise bikini fit me great (and I am still intact) The "boy shorts" don't work very well for me. I like black, white, and navy. I wear medium and I'm 33w and 190 lbs.

I just saw you posted about the boyshorts.... Hmm... Well you would know better than I. As a female with narrow hips (hips and waist both measure 28), I've found the boyshorts to be the most comfortable! (Not big in the butt, either.) I do judo three times a week, so I have a "rounder" butt than most females.... the crotch definitely isn't "big" in the slightest (compared to men's underwear anyway). I guess it depends on how you like to wear your undies. Right now I have on some "XS" "PInk" by VS. (That's the style- "PINK") They fit very well, but not full coverage. I like ot wear "hipster/lowrise" shorts and jeans so I don't like my undies showing out the top! That reminds me.... Would you also wear women's jeans? I just got some Express jeans a couple days ago... they fit me great. They are "short"- cuz I am short!- and "X2"s- whatever that means. Its a type of fit- narrower in the legs I think? They're size 0. Women's jeans would definitely not fit anybody with any sort of "package" though! Not unless you bought them baggy on purpose.....

I just found Hi-Cut seamless panties with no side or waistband seams that have superior comfort and will not ride up your crack by Nicole Miller. They are black and made from 82% nylon, 11% lycra spandex and 7% cotton. The fit is wonderful, relaxed and for a guy with no balls, marvelous... The package says , "You will find it to be more comfortable than anything you have ever tried... because it's smart! This garment is made using our trademarked smart seamless knitting technology."

Found them at Sam's Club of all places... and they come in small (hips 35"-36"), medium (37"-38"), large (39"-40"), and x-large (41"-42").

Enjoy...

Day 3 and the new undies feel great! You won't believe how wonderful they feel and they look like men's no-fly briefs in black no less.

With no balls between my thighs, these briefs don't sag, they breath, and feel like form fitting underwear should. Two thumbs up!!! 👌👌

I recommend them for all Eunuchs who wear underwear...

I have always worn a myriads of different styles of panties Boy cut to thongs the only problem I had with thongs is that my package didn't fit all that well. Now that I've been castrated I find that regardless of what type of panty I might be wearing at the moment they all fit better and feel better as well. I may start out with a slight bulg due to my penis however, as time progresses thru the day that bulg shrinks considerably so much so with panties on I look completely smooth and that's a good thing. My sack was not removed I kept it so the Doctors would have all of the material neccessry to complete the SRS since the scrotal sack hasn't shrunk all that much that is the only issue I have I still get piched from time to time but other than that I maintain a permanent no fly zone south of the belly button

Just my two cents:

Personally, I think the need for underwear maybe a little more basic. While I still have all my original factory equipment, I imagine once losing the factory equipment the problem still exsists of "No matter how you shake, jiggle or dance. The last drop always ends up in your pants." So underwear absorbs that rather than your slacks or jeans.

I agree, they fit great, especially if you are small and atrophied. They come in white too. They have enough spandex to pull what's left of you inside to leave a nice feminine bulge. There are many light control panties that will do an even better job of making things disappear, and still be comfortable for all day wear. Check the Maidenform or Hanes websites for examples. It helps greatly to be mostly hairless to avoid those annoying pulls when all is compressed.;)

I cannot see what the problem is, all that you need to do is purchase women's panties, and a packet of pantie liners, -AND PROBLEMS SOLVED😄😄
