Could someone who has been nutted, stubbed, or nulloed advise on what you have done about underpants? All male briefs / shorts have a pouch in front for the package. With the package cut down in size, it seems like the pouch would be bulky and loose.

I have thought about womens underwear, which is sized for a smooth crotch, but the backside is the wrong shape for a male ass. For an equivalent waist size, it is too big in the rear.

Now I am wondering why men wear underpants at all. The main effect seems to be to control the bulge, so that people in our sex-phobic (USA) culture do not have to view the outline of a penis or testicles. Maybe no need for underwear after?

For "panties made for men" go to www.manties.net or input "manties" in Google. They are made for non-emasculated men so you will still have some extra in front, but the ass and waist will fit fine. I suggest Jockey "for her" Elancee panties in either bikini or french cut but not full briefs as they are too high waisted.

I just bought 2 pair of black Stafford Boxer Briefs at JCPenney. The fit is nice and hug the empty sac. Made of 100% combed cotton from Thailand. Wonder if young adult gay Thai men sew the undergarments?...

I never wear underwear except tights on cold mountains when I'm skiing. However, I didn't wear them before castration either. There's little physical reason for not allowing one's balls to ride free, and of course, there's even less following their removal. I wouldn't think it'd matter one way or the other though. There's less reason for UW with a pouch once one's castrated.
