Samui approval criteria

Hello everybody,

since some time I have been planning orchiectomy and contacted the Samui Clinic in Thailand which has been recommended in this forum.

I emailed with Nick Connor and he told me that the clinic requires an approval letter from a psychologist before the operation can be done.

Furthermore he told me that a psychological evaluation can be arranged when arriving in Thailand. Now I have a problem: I do not know if my reasons for orchiectomy are sufficient in the eyes of the psychologist.

I fear travelling thousands of miles and then being rejected because my reasons are considered to be insufficient.

Here are these reasons:

My identity is somewhere in between male and female (transgender), I do not have the desire for sex, I cannot bear the changes testosterone is causing to my body ( baldness in future, increase in body hair), I tried out chemical castration and the effects on mind and body I experienced as comfortable ( increased sensivity ,a more leveled and calm state of mind, no more spontaneous fits of rage)

Has anybody experiences with the psychological evaluation process at the Samui Clinic? Are these reasons sufficient, what are your points of view?
