Hard Drive Woes

Dearest Friends,

My hard drive has come down with the dreaded knockknockknock of Death sound. I will be installing a new one this weekend, so until that time, since my old PC is somewhat loopy on the DSL connection thing, I won't be around much.

Hopefully Talula and the Sister can release any stories that come in while I am 'gone'.

Been there, done that, got the t-shirt. I hope you can manage to save the data from that drive before it crashes.

Thanks, but it's too late for the old dog. It was time, after all.

I only lost windows and a few bits of software, but it'll be fine. I just hate installing new hard drives, though.

I did manage to get the old crazy 450 MH machine reformatted and Windows ME gone...that was the major part of its problem.

So, for the moment, I am back.
