Why can't I post an ad in the personals?

I wish there was some help we could offer. The personals are one of those items here that barely work and we have wanted to replace it for quite a while. Currently "personals" development is at a standstill but hopefully the developers will be picking the project back up soon.

Not sure what happened or what I did differently this time, but I was able to place some ads in the personals.
