Linking Posts and Web Sites to Key Words

I would like to know if anyone can help me here. What I'd like to do is have a highlighted key word link to another post or web site without inserting the whole web address.

I've seen many of the posts here done this way, but I'm just not sure how to do it corectly. I would appreciate any help.

I think I got the hang of it now. I did a link to Andrew's FAQ Post (http://www.eunuch.org/vbulletin/showthr ... on+effects) and it seems to be working great.
