We take our vitamins and bump up our vitamin c.
We get plenty of exercise because exercise helps build our immune system.
We walk for at least hour a day, go for a swim, and take the stairs instead of the elevator, etc.
We wash our hands often. If we can't wash them, we keep a bottle of antibacterial stuff around.
We get lots of fresh air. We open windows whenever possible.
We get plenty of rest.
We try to eliminate as much stress from our life as we can.
And .... We take the doctors office approach. Think about it, when we go in for a shot, what do they do first? Clean our arm with alcohol.
Why? Because alcohol kills germs. So......
We walk to the liquor store (exercise), we put lime in our Corona (fruit), celery in our Bloody Marys (veggies), drink on the bar patio (fresh air), get drunk, tell jokes, and laugh (eliminate stress) and then pass out (rest).
The way we see it, if you keep your alcohol levels up flu germs can't get you!!!!
