I don't mind mild feminization, and estrogen seems to prevent some of the depression and health problems common in those who are castrated and take nothing, so I would be willing to try it. Any thoughts?
i small dose of estrogen is not
later on.you should take or calcium 1500mgr plus vitamine d 400 iu. or otherwise fosomax. for as long as you live. like christina said, only if you take enough female hormones it is not necesary to take calcium.
however get a bonescane right after or before castration, to see how you bone density evaluats.
