For one, there are still nerves there. Sensation is reduced, but the body should be able to adapt. Also, women seem to get along quite nicely with what testosterone they have (yes, girls have T) and no penis. I don't see how you would trully frustrate a dedicated man. You may change him, but I doubt that frustration would last for very long.

I'm relatively new here, but I've gotten the idea that most people interested in castration or penectomy are interested to either curb a difficult sex drive, to become more feminine in gender identity, or to have no gender identity. An alternative that leaves the interested party with both an undeniably male physiology, and retains the same sex drive, without an outlet, would likely not please anyone. Those interested in a sort of sexual frustration, would probably prefer an option that did not require any sort of damage or mutiliation to the genitals, or to the body at all.

That's the impression I have at least. Correct me if I'm wrong.

This mutilation he is refeering to is a sick and cruel way of torturing others. If you read his whole quote he doesn't want it for himself he wants to do it to younger guys (More then likely against their will). This is just a fantasy that could be done, but would most likely be devastating to who ever had it done.

The effect it has is making you constantly horny without an easy outlet which can cause you to become enraged and depressed along with other feelings.

Castration would be best if you are looking to lower sex drive, but again really need to research it and I recomened trying chemical castration first.
