I have a question regarding moral issues.I traveled to pa to see dr kimmel for castration and am now trying to heal up.my question is instead of going back to philli for scrotum removal I would rather stay here in my area.wi
Is it still unethical for a ph to do just scrotal removal or will they make a big deal out of it? to me it's just extra skin.I don't want to classified as a nutcase

Interesting choice of words: a nutcase for removing one's nutsack.
If the skin is prone to infection, "irritated" or hurts in some intentionally vague way, there may be some medical reason to remove it.
Of course, genital mods in the American culture in general are a tabboo due to the Puritanical roots of the country. Thus, most doctors, applying contemporary community values, will find the operation at a minimum indecent and thus find cause to personally object. At that point, one simiply finds another doctor.
Also, in many states, the amount of time one can be held in the nuthouse is limited to about three days for observation. Once you convince the psychotics running the nuthouse that you are not a nutcase for wanting your nutsack removed by a doctor with a few nuts shy of a bushel, they the powers that be will likely let you go. I highly doubt that you would be locked up for such a minor mod which does no harm to you. Thus applying the hypocrite's oath to do no harm only when the culture does not object, you should be fine.

Dr. Eugene Schrang might be a good doctor to ask.
Also, round trip from Madison to Philly is about $200 by Amtrak (http://www.amtrak.com). I plan to travel by train to see my castrator if I must travel out of town.
Alternatively, you can search for a gay or kink-friendly doctor.
