Depends on who does it. There is only one place that will do it that I know of for sure: The Clinic in Tailand(sp?) You can find the URL list in messages that have been posted here but I don't have it handy. It is a little cheaper than a SRS, at around 7K-10K plus air fair, and etc.

The Samui Clinic does not seem to list the cost. But you can always e-mail the question to them. Here is their nullification page:
