Kind of scary, reminds me of the "House on Haunted Hill, 1999" Imagine a movie where a mentally ill doctor chops off the penises of mentally ill patients. Who would go see it?

Now I'm really informed ! After reading the entire posted speech of that doctor's cure for insanity, I am at last convinced that my mother was actually serious in threatening to cut off my "pee-pee" when I was only five years old ! About the sixth or eighth (but who was counting?) time that she walked in on me while I was vigoursly masturbating, in the bathroom, she sent me to her sewing room to bring back her big scissors. Note that the good doctor is, according to this drawing, cutting off more than the glans. The blade is cutting through least 2 cm of corpora cavernosa and more importantly, the very sensitive underside of the penile shaft, just behind the glans, is amputated along with the glans. This is the part of the shaft that in my experience is normally the 'trigger' to ejaculation. No wonder the victims stopped masturbating. It might be difficult or impossible to ejaculate with that much missing.
