I was at Kimmel's earlier this year. I don't know what your havng done, but he removed my scrotum also, and I walked out of his office pain free. If you read my thread on eunuch central, I describe the entire operation. It's called "CASTRATION IS EASY".

Hi , when I had my testicals and scrotum removed it was just a slight soreness that evening, nothing major. Also for the surctures, u may have to take them out urself, I know I had to do that, but had a friend to do it for me, She was more than happy to. But thats depends on what type the dr will be using. The Doc will give you pills and prescriptions for infections etc. he will also give you some 4X4's. I would suggest before you go, go to the drug store and get some heavy pads (like women use) to ware for a few days. Also a Ice Pack would be nice, when you get back to the motel use it it will help. One other thing ask the motel for extra pellows to put under your legs I think you will find that is more confortable.

I was castrated by Dr. Spector, but my own physician was quite able to remove the sutures when the time came. As for pain drugs, you may not need anything stronger then Advil. But try to avoid vicodin.

Far more important then the pain pills are the antibiotics. TAKE THEM! As prescribed. Very important

He gave me 4x4's, but I had to go and buy a package of 200 NU Gause 4x4's. I had my scrotum remove also. I saw my doctor when I got home and she suggested that after my shower, I put some hydrogen proxide in the open hole, I let my wife do that cause I can only see it with a mirror, and I need to be on my back when she pours on the peroxide.
