Supposing I had a fetish driving me to want to shrink my already below average size penis and balls. What would be the safest way of doing this? I've heard of Androcur and "drawing down" but have doubts about the latter and concerns about Androcur.

Well you could sperm bank then take the the drugs. But stoping short of sterility is a " your mileage will very" thing. With some taking the drug could cause sterility within three months but others a year and some upto two or three years. So the only way to make sure you can have your own child is by sperm banking your own sperm multible times before taking anything.
Also taking small amounts of female hormon will also can cause a decreased sex drive, but there you could devolop gynecomastia.
