I lost a good friend

Post by jemagirl (imported) »

Please take a moment to think before you speak,

Since coming here to the archive I have met many wonderful people. I have friends who are there for me when I need a shoulder to cry on. I have friends who make me laugh and friends who make me think. They are all different and wonderful in my eyes. I wish they all appreciated each other as much as I appreciated them. I don't like to see my friends hurt each other or take each other for granted. Well theres been some of that lately. One friend stayed away for several days and now thankfully is back here making us laugh and keeping our spirits up. My other friend has decided to leave the archive. I'm afraid she will never be back. I wish she wouldn't go but it is her decision after all.

To all my friends here in the archive, may I ask you to please observe one simple rule. Do unto others how you would have done unto you. If this rule were universally followed we would have true peace in the world. Perhaps we can at least have peace in the archive.

Jema,

I do know who you are speaking of and I will miss her also. It sadens me to think she is not comming back. I think she would have provided much to the workings of this site as so many others have done. I can only speculate that she did not find what she was looking for in this site. Perhaps I'm wrong and she will return one day, but if she doesn't I understand and wish her well in her journey's.

I, like you, go to the chat for friendship and to forget the worries of the day, meet new people and old friends, and in general, to have a good time and make it a friendly place to visit for others. It is never my intention to harm another, either verbally or physically. I know there has been many things said that, to some, would seem rude and beligerant. But we know each other fairly well and I like it when we poke fun at ourselves. It's all in good fun. As I have said before, the electronic medium can be a blessing, but it can also convey the wrong meaning all too easily.

We have had the most varied types of people in the chat now since I have been comming here. Each one brings their own sence of being and knowledge so that we may help others in in situations less fortunate. These are good times we are in now. If everyone helps out just a little, we can make this the best chat room and message board on the web. I believe it is already just that now, and I'd like to see it continue with the folks we have and others joining as time goes on.

I to know who you are talking about and i know from past experance that it is so easy to type somthing and have another person take it wrong even when we ment no harm it is somtimes taken that way .I think one of the reasons this happens is that for the most part we are very sensitive and sincere and we get our feelings hert so easy .I know i have been their but as i keep comming back i have learned from thies experances .You know for the most part their is room for everyone in the EA and chat room so i to hope she can put thies diffrencies aside and we see her once more.

Sag I think you are rite. I think that is exactly what happened. In this case it happened on more than one side. I think it did start out as a small difference of opinion and then it just escalated into something bigger. I still miss my friend and wanted to share all the good stuff that is happening in my life now. Especially since she did a lot to encourage me. I love so many people here. I just don't want to loose any more friends this way. I am happy I have so many friends here. I love you all.

Never forget you are part of the Eunuch archive family now. All the OP's and chatters as well, are your family. We care for you and would never do anything intentionally to cause you pain.

Since you da woman, and I da guy, that makes you my sister. Being an only child, I never had a real sister but now with the E.A. family I have many new relatives including Grandpa River.

Take care sis, we all love you,

P.S. I not reallt crazy, I just act that way

Thank You Mac,

I am lucky to have such wonderful friends and family here at the EA and in the chat room. I feel my day is some how not complete until I get to check for new posts and then settle in for a good chat with family and friends.
