Time to move on .....

Hi all

I have been registered here for not much longer than a year and, in practice, have only been active for past 3 or 4 months (mainly via chatroom rather than forum).

Although only registered in 2003, I have regularly accessed this site since early 1999 ..... not for the fantasy-type aspects as they hold no interest to me (not that I have anything against those who like that sort of stuff ... its just not my thing) but for the factual & historical articles and, moreso, to read of the personal experiences of others. For me, it is one of the few sites, on whatever subject mater, that has stood the test of time.

But it is now time for me to move on and leave this forum / chatroom .....

To all who I have communicated with via the forum, and moreso via the chatroom, goodbye ..... it has been a pleasure knowing you and there are people here that I have grown very fond of. Whether we have agreed or disagreed on issues, I hope that I have been able to convey something positive through my own unique perspective.

Administrators - I would be grateful if you would close my acount with immediate effect.
