Castrated and soon to have my Scrotum removed

In April Dr. Kimmell will remove my scrotum. I was castrated in 1998 and at that time I had a penile implant. I had the implant removed last January and it left my penis stretched around two and half inches long. Dr. Kimmell will also shorten it to just a nub. We talk about total nullification but I decided to go with the nub. I am between male and female but I sometimes seem to be leaning toward female. I find myself more comfortable in women cotton panties. Being a Eunuch for almost six years, I now have nice size breast.

I would very much like to hear from any of you on any information or advice I might need to know. I'm looking to having a smooth look and to move on with my life in what ever direction it takes me.

Hi Eddie,

Dr Kimmel castrated me and removed my scrotum at te same time, 17 Nov 03. I don't know if I can comment on the two surgeries separately, but I like Dr Kimmel as he honestly seems concerned.

The only problem I had was my stitches opened, but I think a lot of that was my fault as I drove home the following day against his wishes and right after surgery I had to walk too long to locate a drug store that turned out to be across the street from the motel - I got lost and walked til blood started seeping down my leg. All healed now though.

Yes I aggre, Dr Kimmel is real good, very concerned and will follow up with you while your there, Like boyz2sissies I also had both nuts and sac removed at the same time.
