Happy birthday, IEunuch. You're posts are thoughtful and interesting, and you have the advantage of having seen things from a number of perspectives.

Re: Happy Birthday, IEunuch!
Happy Birthday IE,
Ah it has been so long since we had a really good chin wag almost totally due to the time difference between your side of Canada and me over here in Britain with me being online as you sleep. What a shame.
Paul McCartney - not a man I quote or think of often - said it all more years ago than either of us care to recall (1971, I think) when he sang "Hands Across the Water, Hands Across the Sea", was that "Admiral Halsey"? I think.
(It was a good album)
Anyway, from me to you, a Very Very Happy Birthday and a great year ahead....I hope it's not too long before we have a good natter. Meanwhile let me add my party symbols too! To quote another singer, I think Andrew Gold, "Thank you for being a friend!" Aren't I musical today - well it is an extra special day?!
