I Asked for HELP and Boy Did I Get It :)

As many of you already know, anyone trying to log into the E.A. chat room last night after 10:00pm PST received a message saying they were banned from the chat room. A few were upset and others were freaked out. Needless to say, talula fixed the problem as soon as he saw my e-mail. Now it is all smoothe on the EA waters.

However, I discovered I was blocked from the Message Rooms and like any other panicky chatter, I cried HELP from Paolo and talula. Talula responded this afternoon. He changed my password:) and I was in again, but only temporarily. Paolo then changed my nick again I was in again, temporarily.

Krister, hearing of my plight, and feeling pity for an iMac user, changed my nick a third a third time. NOW I am finally able to get into the Message Boards and have a new password I adore.

I expected at least one person to help but I was bombarded by helpers

All is right with the world now. I feel like part of the E.A. Family more than ever now.

P.S. Hopefully my friend Riverwind will see this thread before he gives me a new password as well. I'm not sure how much love I can take in one day

I too had an access problem and my profile was no longer listing. I simply hit the "contact us" button and everything was fixed by the next day. What service!
