For my money this is a truly brilliant female domination/penectomy story. It begins by setting up a very attractive "alternate universe" in which on Caribbean islands men accused of misbehavior towards women are sentenced -- simply on the woman's say so -- to penis removal by machete. This takes place in a public ceremony in which women compete for the honor of the perfect stroke. The truly brilliant touch is that when a Western female tourist is offered a chance to participate, she accepts the offer as if it were the most normal thing in the world, slicing off the (probably unoffending) erect penis with a meat cleaver. With its treatment of penis amputation under total female control,with no defense for the hapless male, this is a perfect story for all those who (like me) fantasize penis amputation by women.
