I have finally decided that I would like too have my own personal eunuch wannabe or two. Sooo, where do I find such individuales that are serious ? Or how about this .... Slice the scrotum and pull both balls down as far as possible, then put the band just above the cuts in the scrotum. You have come to our rescue just in time. We, here in Minnesota, are short on cash and the current Governor refuses to raise taxes to cover the cost of services.
