Is it Possible...
to use the banding method so your balls do not fall off but your testicles inside die and will no longer produce testosterome?

Even if it were possable, it would still be dangerous. Your visits to the hospital emergency room will cost a lot more then if you had Dr. Kimmel to castrate you properly. (Ask Scottie about the costs of visits to the Hospital Emergency Room.)
