Empty sac after surgical castration

Post by deepcore72 (imported) »

Hello

As I plan on getting cut, I'd like to know how the empty sac will feel, and if it can get in the way when loose underwear is worn ?

Or does it shrivel up ?

Actually the empty sac feels great- but over time it does shrink up to a degree, less so in older men perhaps, but it does.

My empty sac has become a bit smaller when compared to it's previously filled state. I love the feel of my empty sac when the air is cold outside. It shrinks and makes me feel smooth inside my underwear. When wearing loose underwear I do believe my sac, when warm, gets in the way of normal bodily functions. Therefore, I am going to removed my sac. :)

The issue when warm is the sac expands, clings to my inner thigh skin then becomes irritated. For all intents and purposes the sac acts as if the testicles are still in place then relaxes for the sensitive orbs to lower themselves from the abdomen to help reduce heat generated by my body. You see, those little orbs between your legs are not meant to get too hot or too cold. They need to be just right.

I remember Andrew, after he got castrated by Dr. Spector, said that he didn't like the feel of the empty scrotum flapping around and was going to get that removed too.

Which I did, thanks to Dr. Kimmel.

Well removing the sack is personal preference, most people get it removed because it can be an annoyance or just want the smooth look.

But others like me want to keep it for different reasons, I can't wait to try a saline infusion with the balls removed, and besides I would loose 14 self done piercings and a few other modifications if I removed the sac.

I recall reading something regarding this issue on a website, several years ago. It might have been an earlier version of this archive, but I think it was a different website. Someone who had had an orchiectomy, put something on the scrotum regularly, to cause it to contract up against his crotch. After he had done this over a considerable period of time, the sac remained permanently in that condition. I don't remember what the substance was, but I think it was sprayed on rather than rubbed in. A-1 or someone else who is knowledgeable about the medical field, might have some idea of what the stuff might be.

Preparation "H"?

Auntie uses it for a wrinkle cream, you know. Keeps those crows' feet at bay.🚬

Whether it ever gets in the way or causes irritation seems to vary by individual. My sac was always quite tight (when I had balls) and is now quite a shrunken 4 years after castration. It hangs little more than 1" when warm and is totally absorbed into the underside of my cock when hard. I luv for other guys to fondle and play with it during sex.

I'll only add that whether to lose the sac is mostly a matter of personal preference, but that its removal will also add considerably to healing time. My personal advice would be that if you're ambivalent, leave it attached. One can always have it removed later.
