Oh-oh. This sounds like a big mistake. Are you prepared to see your own blood flowing without going into shock? Believe me, I have stitched up my own wounds in the past & still get slightly dizzy after doing it again. Can you look at your own testis outside your scrotum without bugging out? It might help to watch many castration videos to desensitize yourself to the whole thing. If you don't know even the most basic things about surgery it is best to avoid self-castration. Why not try removing a mole first?

While he may go by the name “Madscientist” on the Archive, his response to this question is absolutely sane. While it’s perfectly possible to perform the surgery on oneself, the risks are very great. Everything from massive blood loss and long hospitalization to death.

The way I see it, you have 3 choices then:

1. Do it at home and bleed to death.

2. Do it just outside the Emergency Room of the hospital and hope for the best. In the USA, you'd wind up with a very high bill for services and a stay in the Psychiatric Ward.

3. Save your $$$ and have it done in another country the safe way.

The amount of blood loss potential is incredibly high with genital procedures. You have to have serious medical training to be sure that your life is not in danger and even the professional operation is extremely bloody.

I am not sure about how the medical system in China works, but your best bet is to damage your testicles in a way that requires them to be surgically removed. You still have to be careful with this, but if it looks like an accident then you will avoid psychiatric treatment and in some countries (like Canada) it would also be paid for by the medical insurance.

Well it is difficult to cause enough injury to warrent the removal, trust me I have tried and even sliced them open after realizing I wasn't able to complete things myself. (I was unable to locate the cords, most likely from all the play piercings, CBT and damaged I had done in the past). Since I had the sac cut open and things numbed I figured if I could cut into them and cause enough damage that the Doctors would be forced to remove them. Well I wound up in the hospital for 4 weeks, and it took 2 weeks before they patched things up against my wishes.

Actually there wasn't that much blood loss from my castration by a cutter. I have lost more blood from doing other modifications (usualy to glans) then with the castration.

Doing it yourself is possible, but if you have no medical knowledge or experience you are garentted to fail. Even with knowledge and experience the chances of doing it yourself are very little.

johnpointc if you do get someone stupid enough to let you try to castrate them I hope you can live with having injured or killed someone as you most liky will on top of ending up in prison.
