Private Message Count

When I go into the private messages area, it tells me that I have 2 messages in my Inbox and a total of 10 messages stored, but I have no idea how to get to the other 8 (not even sure what they might be!). Advice?

On the right hand side of the screen there is a box labeled "Jump to folder". It has a drop down menu that you can select your sent items.

Thank you, Christina, that did it!! I think I was looking at the pull-down box lower on the page, and simply got confused by that. Your help was greatly appreciated.

So, does anyhone know how to delete old messages? I get full message box and go in to delete them. Doesn't seem to be anywhere. If I try that pujll down thing it says delete but then I get an error.

Click the boxes to the right of the message(s) you want to delete. Go to the bottom of the list, and select 'delete' from the drop down menu. Click the 'Go' button.
