You could do all sorts of piercings and other things like tattoos and so on, but seems like a bit of a waste to do that and then cut it off... Lots of other mods are possible, not to mention destructive things, but again expensive to get done, and / or hard to find a safe / competent person to do them.... DIY procedures are possible but high risk of needing a trip to the ER (which will likely end in a visit to the psych ward for 'self harm') or the morgue (which at least gets you out of needing the penectomy....)
