Accessing Stories

I am relatively new.

I can access this site (forums) with my username and password.

However, when I try to open a story and I enter the same username and password, I don't get access.

This is a problem we've had ever since the initial build of the fiction archive, and we've never been able to figure out why this happens with some users. I changed your user class to "regular member" so try it again after flushing out your temp. internet files (if you can) and let me know if that did it.

Login does not work.

Error message:

No username/password

combination. Don't do this.

Can you please check which characters are valid for the archive?

I had a special character in my password.

After I changed the password (letters only) it works.

Could there be a problem with the user's computer keyboard mode?

For example, I need to monitor what language the "layout" is enabled for.
