Im betmadent, 31 yo in United Kingdom!
I have a fantasy about to be eunuch since few year and this fantasy is growing with the time to becomes a little desire.
So Im questioning about that, how, etc.

Welcome to the Forums! I hope we can help you learn the kinds of things you want to know to make a decision about your future desires....
It is VITALLY important to be really sure to make sure that you have a definite desire rather than a fantasy, as castration is permanent and irreversible, there are no do-overs... Take your time, and don't rush into anything.
If you haven't already, I'd suggest reading the 'sticky' topics at the beginning of many areas for some good intro information, and then ask questions about anything you want to learn more about.
Unfortunately, at this time the UK is one of the areas where it is harder to get gender related care for various political reasons I'm not going to go into... At least some of our UK members have had to go overseas to get surgery. However we can suggest clinics that have a good reputation if you decide to go for it.

Yeah I’m ok with the irreversible side, it’s important but I already thought about it
