It seems that fellatio is the preferred method for obtaining blood, and it is occasionally necessary to bite off the knobs of donors who don't cooperate.

Bit of a spoiler alert, but the "minor" here is not "our hero", he's more of a protagonist.

SO cool to see something from the long-serving story-writer CvanD. A fresh gem of the Simon world.

These aren't really just 'stories' he writes for us. They are missives from a nearby other dimension. We've watched Simon and friends grow and develop over two decades almost in real time.

I get the feeling that if one were to compile each and every piece he has written for us, one could find only a very rare continuity error. One WOULD find cool back-references all over the place. Mr. D has kept notes. He's having serious fun with these tales.

This whole thing is a bit like that movie from a few years ago, I forget the name, where it follows a boy from early childhood through to his late teens, filmed over something like 17 years, so everybody involved grows through the show. That movie, and CvanD's Letters from Elsewhere, only happen from smart and dedicated creators.

I've been at this a long time, with breaks now and then, and I remember seeing the very first Simon story. And then the next.

I was also truly honoured to be allowed to write some stories set in Simon's Universe, with the author's editing my work - and not vice versa. What a thrill it was to have CvanD edit MY stories and allow me to post them here.

They are truly Archive Classics.
