The short answer is definitely a positive. Mine were removed 3 years ago. I receive testosterone injections approximately every 2 weeks. Like you, I had begun injections prior to castration. One advantage of being w/o balls is that doctors become willing to give clients as much testosterone as they might wish w/o any worries as to its effect on one's testicles.

I'm as sexual as I've ever been and enjoy sex w/o the balls more than I ever did with them. My shrunken sac is still attached and is now just an erogenous zone that I train sex partners to fondle. Why would a Man choose castration And HRT? Being TG I understand the castration is in order to remove hormones. Why Then pay to have them replaced with synthetics?

I find your post quite interesting. I've lost one testicle and I experienced most of the things you did. However this was to only last for a couple of months as testicle #2 kicked in with a mega force.

Now I have the same experiences as when I had both balls. I guess it's time to lose #2.

I've been interested in becoming a eunuch since in my early teens but never could get into the position of being castrated until now in Thailand where I find it is quite easy to be cut at the local hospitals.

Another reason is that hormones from the testicles are hard to control. Testosterone blockers often result in the testes going overtime to compensate, or even ceasing to function entirely. I know at least one person here had problems with too high a libido, and takes HRT, but in smaller doses than the testicles would have provided.

Really I worry about that often too. Once you physically castrate, you might end up in physical distress, and have to pay hundreds of dollars for hormone therapy for the rest of your life. It makes me wish we were horses... or ferrets. Many animals have little problem whatsoever with being "fixed" and it's frustrating that human males have lethargy and osteoperosis and nasty stuff like that so often.
