Underwear

Post by Daniel01 (imported) »

Question for the group. Was Castrated in April and currently not on TRT. I love the eunuch calm..hard to explain but very nice. Any way. I am scheduled for a scrotum reduction in December. My penis absolutely won’t fill at all and almost feels dead. I hate the feeling when I walk of it swings between my thighs. What under wear do eunuchs recommend. All of mine have a “pouch” which I don’t need. I would love to buy women’s panties but I am not transitioning. Any one know of a male brand that is similar to a female panty but some how are more masculine?

There's a brand called Tomboy which is designed for people with male or masculine identity but female anatomy, and that might suit your needs.

Not all women's panties are feminine--some are very simple, monochrome, no lace, etc. You'll typically find them in white, grey, dark blue, or black. Hint: If you own and wear them, and you identify as a man, then they are MEN'S underwear, regardless of who they were marketed to.

I’m not castrated yet but have suffered for years with testicular cysts, epydypmylitis and now hydroceles.. I wear women’s bikini briefs and find I get better support and some pain relief by wearing them. On another note I see my urologist in a few weeks as I’ve had a recent ultrasound and my gp says I need surgery so I’ll see what comes of that.

In addition to changes from my recent surgery, I've been looking at different underwear as well, but more from an 'adaptive' standpoint...

My choice has always been the very standard Fruit of the Loom Y front briefs, even after I got hurt and had to learn to catheterize... Over time I've developed leakage issues, and a couple years ago had to start wearing 'Male Guard' pads... Since those get stuck into the underwear the 'man-hole' gets blocked off and so becomes useless... Before my surgery I would drag the equipment out the side, and my balls served as a stop to keep the underwear out of the way (about all they were good for)

Now it seems that might be more of a challenge, so I've been looking at what my options might be... I use a 'closed system' catheter system (i.e. w/ attached collection bag) so I don't have to transfer out of my chair, but it also means that pulling pants and underwear down is not an option... I had the idea of a sort of 'drop-front' where the crotch (w/ attached pad) would fold forwards and out of the way - sort of like a 'union suit' w/ the trapdoor in front instead of in back...

I found some things online that looked like they would work, but GROSSLY overpriced - $20-40 per pair!

So now I'm looking at figuring out how to make my own - it seems like that might be a route that others here might want to take as well... I've found a bunch of references and videos - two that looked like they would be particularly useful for us to consider

https://thesewcialists.com/2021/05/14/a ... e-fitting/ - Targeted at the idea that female crotches have more variation in shape than the commercial brands are able to fit comfortably, w/ ideas on how to fix that, but seems relevant for our 'non-standard' crotches...

I’ve found it much easier to go commando because, after ten years without balls, my penis has gotten so small that it’s difficult to find, especially when compressed in underwear.

This last example is a good one of something from the women's department that do not look to much feminine. I used to wear women's underwar for about 2 years now and I the one that are described as "boyshort" of "hispster" are quite confortable. My wife even find me sexy wearing them. By choosing the rigth size, meaning that they won't be to large, they'll be able to compress and maintain the penis in place. For myself, it also keept my only one ball in his inguinal canal instead of hanging loosely. Especcially when I'm sitting and sleeping. It gives me a nice feeling of an more smooth crotch. I also have some bikini one and tung. From there it's then a matter of taste and in what type of flluid gender you place yourself in. Enjoy.

Unlike the OP, I identify as non-binary, and I tend to wear very feminine, silky, colorful panties. I've liked the feel of them, along with the gendered aspects. TBH, I've tended more to go commando, but I suspect that I may find myself wearing the silky panties more often now with the scrotum gone.

I put my desires for underwear a few posts prior, and should add that I am not particularly concerned about appearance, especially anything 'gendered'....

I would add parenthetically that I don't totally get why people worry about appearance of their underwear - I know I don't generally run (or roll 😄) around in just my undies... So nobody sees them but me and my (legally blind) GF, so why should I care? (Yes, I know about mother's warning to always wear clean underwear in case you end up in the emergency room, but really the nurses don't care.... ;) ) I will admit though, that I don't do stuff that gets me into public locker rooms which might make a difference, though I'd think there would be more obvious (missing) things to worry about there....
