All fun and games until someone loses a weiner

Post by Prudence (imported) »

Saw a T-Shirt in an ad the other day, that I thought you'd all enjoy. The caption is "It's all fun and games until someone loses a weiner". The picture shows people roasting hot dogs over a fire when camping, and one of the hot dogs falls off into the flames. The phrase could also, of course, have a slightly different meaning...

This search should give you several different versions of it:

Note:

Typically, it is referring to a sausage or hotdog. If the person is using it as a childish slang, they mean "penis".

When one of my nephews was in 5th or 6th grade, I got him a T-shirt with a stick figure cook on it with a chef hat on and a grill smoking. The chef was holding up a BBQ fork with a hot dog on it. The text read: "Look, I have a big wiener!"

I didn't tell his mom he got it, as he'd spent that weekend with me.

He wore it to school that Monday morning.

Five minutes after the first bell, she got a call at home demanding that she come and bring him a shirt to change into. They told her what the shirt said. She called me up; she was not happy.

I told them all they had dirty minds and that a hot dog was nothing more than that.

I have that T-shirt! My boy scouts always thought it funny when I wore it camping.

I bought my nephew a shirt from South Dakota that had two rooster pheasants and BIG COCKS RULE. He wore it to school and got sent home.
