My doctor started me on cyclobenzaprine, a smooth-muscle relaxant, to treat my IBS. Although I was already a chemical eunuch, I noticed that this drug made my penis totally shrunken and small, and i can't get it to react to any of my usual stimulation, neither getting any bigger (not hard, just fluffed up), nor any feeling or urge to climax. While this is not a bother for me, the development just surprised me.
Can anyone share their experience with this med?

Thanks, Paolo, for the link. My doctor gave me a 90-day supply. But, I will ask my doctor whether I should continue with this med, given drugs.com seem to suggest there is insufficient evidence of benefits for long term use of this med.

Just a little update: My penis has definitely shrunk in size and is staying in its tiny state almost all the time. While I have lost libido, I have also lost much sensation in my penis, so much so that it just doesn't respond to any kind of stimulation, stimulations that I used to enjoy even as a chemical eunuch, up until I started this medication.

I took it for a week straight and I noticed the same thing. I'm surgically castrated but on T injections and it just made me constantly drowsily and out of it. My nocturnal erections and spontaneous ones went a way. I switched meds because of the fatigue and it isn't as pronounced on Soma tabs.
