I am planning a surgery, please help me
Hi everyone, I'm a 27 year old asexual boy, it's time for surgery, can I request surgery to permanently prevent an erection by severing the nerves responsible for the erection at the base of the penis? Can you recommend a surgeon who could do this?
Is there any surgical procedure to permanently prevent an erection without being castrated and without hormonal therapy?
If nothing else is possible I would like to have a penectomy, Can you recommend a surgeon for this procedure?
I'm sorry for my english.

Your English is good.
Recently the WPATH Standards of Care Version 8.0 (Also known as the SOC 8) which includes men like you and I for the first time. This is the guideline used throughout the world to help treat gender divergent people like you and I. That is the good news. The bad news is it seems to be slow in adoption, globally, and painfully slow in Europe.
This said, there is hope. Because this exists, I would expect, at least in western Europe where you live, for this to be adopted eventually. It will mark a significant improvement over what is available to men like us in the past. So at this time I would exercise patience, as difficult as that may be. For now, I would start looking for a therapist who works with gender divergent people, and would be best equipped to help you with this. You would need to see a therapist anyhow to get what you seek, and by starting there, hopefully the new SOC 8 standards will get adopted in the meantime. At that point you would be well positioned to achieve the goal you've outlined here.
As for surgery for nerve separation, I'm not sure that is a thing. Though I'd be happy to be corrected if I'm wrong. Penectomy is definitely a legitimate surgery for specific reasons supported by the SOC 8.

Many clinics that perform nullification surgery have already told me that they are not willing to do what I ask so I think I will do a penectomy, but I have a question, is it possible to urinate standing up? then I would like to have the surgery done in the next few months, usually how long does it take to do a penectomy?I won't do it in Europe

If you really want it done quickly, I'd suggest contacting the clinic in Mexico, where Dr. Aguilar practices. He is a bonafide surgeon who will remove a penis, testicles, or both with few questions asked, though one requirement is you be HIV negative. Many folks have gone to Dr. Aguilar with good results.

I'd not worry much about if you can urinate standing up, though you could ask the doctor if it could be done such that you could. Very few people have had a penectomy surgery where ability to stand to urinate is the result, and sitting isn't so problematic anyhow. I've only rarely found public toilet situations where it was a problem, and it's very easy to adjust to.

I sent my request to the clinic of dr. Aguilar 3 days ago, in how many days do you think they will reply? If I don't get an answer there I will contact by email or phone

is it possible to urinate standing up?
I have just had a penectomy because of cancer,
it is not possible to stand up to urinate, they do a perineal urethrostomy (re-route). As the penectomy was done leave with my pubic area (which would mean you pee straight ahead without any shaft left to use to point it at any thing).

As already stated, after a penectomy your urethra will be rerouted downwards, so you will have to pee sitting down.
